The garden area has a tiled front porch with chairs and table. There are also out door lights, grassed and paved areas.

The garden has been planted with palms and various other plants including fruit trees.

The picture to the above was taken before the garden was fully planted. Down the side of the house has also been grassed and planted.

In the far corner at the back of the house is a well, this is not used as the house has a mains water supply. There is a outside toilet and shower at the back.
